In partnership with Cités Unies France and the Group of Local Transport Authorities (GART), and with the support of the French Development Agency (AFD), CODATU publishes a brochure entitled "International action of local authorities for urban mobility" presenting the challenges of urban mobility in the South and the role that local authorities can play in supporting their counterparts in the implementation of transport policy. This document is based on  existing cooperation programs between Greater Toulouse and Chongqing (China), Greater Lyon and Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), the Ile-de-France Region and Antananarivo Region (Madagascar), the SMTC of Clermont Ferrand and Cuenca (Ecuador), Nantes Métropole and Agadir (Morocco), the Urban Community of Bordeaux and the State of Guanajato (Mexico), the Rhône-Alpes Region, Greater Lyon and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).
